Customer service representative sought by American Aviation Academy in El Cajon, CA
JOB DUTIES: Serve as client liaison between American Aviation Academy (AAA), its clients, and recruiting agencies. Promote academy with other agencies/airlines. Consult with clients about aviation training and career. Guide students with regard training and behavior at the academy. Assist in creating/developing new training programs (ground/flight) for the academy's training expansion. Keep records and monitor clients' flight performance and provide information in response to inquiries. Assist clients in completing forms and preparing documents.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Two (2) years of customer service experience in airline/aviation industry.
Must have education or experience in:
Assisting customers to ensure their safety, security and comfort;
Explaining airplane safety and emergency procedures: and
